Wild Rice Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 LB. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 LB. Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 C. Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 C. Heavy Cream
  • 1 TSP. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBSP. Ketchup
  • 1 TBSP. Salt
  • 1 TSP. Pepper
  • 3/4 C. Chopped Onions
  • 3/4 C. Chopped Red Peppers
  • 2 TBSP. Chopped Garlic
  • 1 TBSP. Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBSP. Worsteshire Sauce
  • 2 C. Cooked & Cooled Wild Rice


Directions

  1. 1Saute chopped onions, peppers, & garlic in 1 Tsp. Olive oil.
  2. 2Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3Mix until well blended.
  4. 4Place in a greased Loaf Pan.
  5. 5Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for approx. 60 min.
  6. 6Uncover & Bake for 10 additional minutes or until Meatloaf reaches 160 Degrees.
  7. 7Remove From Oven & Let Stand for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
