Wild Rice Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 LB. Ground Beef
- 1/2 LB. Italian Sausage
- 1/4 C. Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Heavy Cream
- 1 TSP. Dijon Mustard
- 1 TBSP. Ketchup
- 1 TBSP. Salt
- 1 TSP. Pepper
- 3/4 C. Chopped Onions
- 3/4 C. Chopped Red Peppers
- 2 TBSP. Chopped Garlic
- 1 TBSP. Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP. Worsteshire Sauce
- 2 C. Cooked & Cooled Wild Rice
Directions
- 1Saute chopped onions, peppers, & garlic in 1 Tsp. Olive oil.
- 2Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 3Mix until well blended.
- 4Place in a greased Loaf Pan.
- 5Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for approx. 60 min.
- 6Uncover & Bake for 10 additional minutes or until Meatloaf reaches 160 Degrees.
- 7Remove From Oven & Let Stand for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
